Dave Raley is the Founder & CEO of The Center for Sustainable Giving, an organization dedicated to helping leaders grow generosity through sustainable giving.

He is the author of The Rise of Sustainable Giving and writes The Wave Report, a weekly column exploring trends in recurring giving, leadership, innovation, and the future of generosity.

As an advisor and speaker, Dave has worked with thousands of nonprofit leaders, helping organizations strengthen and scale sustainable giving programs. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, generosity, and long-term growth—equipping leaders to build programs designed to endure.

Dave is also the host of the Sustainable Giving Podcast, where he interviews nonprofit leaders, strategists, and innovators about what’s working in modern fundraising.

Dave lives in Poulsbo, Washington with his wife Heather and their two daughters.
